Salary £ 23,465.00 (pro rata for part-time posts) plus an additional £108.00 per night if you need to sleep over in the person’s spare room This works out at £30,034.00 per annum if you work for someone who requires you to sleepover 2 days per week

As a Supported Living Assistant (SLA) you will be matched to a specific person we work for and will spend your time working alongside them. 

You will support them with their day-to-day life but the core component of your role will be supporting them to keep sight of their hopes and aspirations and to move closer to them.

It is a real opportunity to be part of supporting someone to get the life they want and it is great fun too!

You will need to be a good listener with an enthusiasm for life, a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn. You don’t need to have a care qualification or any previous experience of working in social care as you will be provided with all the training you need and will also have the opportunity to work towards your professional qualification.
