We are now seeking talented Aftersales Contact Advisor to join our successful Aftersales Contact team in Hedge End. The main objective of the role is to maintain a friendly and efficient customer interface for service work
Key Objectives of the role:
- Responsibility for inbound service and maintenance booking
- Making outbound calls to existing customers
- Producing service plan quotations
- Increasing customers retention
Essential Skills/Experience
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills
• Confident communication skills
• Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
• Organisation skills and being able to manage multiple customer appointments.
• Strong administration skills including: diary management, time management and record keeping.
• Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and maximise every sales opportunity.
