To lead the Digital Marketing for Alex Monroe, working closely with the PR & Marketing Manager and external agencies to implement creative digital marketing campaigns and activity in line with the Marketing strategy.
Be responsible for maximising the brands digital potential,raising online brand awareness, increasing
traffic to our sales channels and driving customer acquisition.
Ensure best-in-class copy and visuals are at the forefront of our Digital Marketing, in line with the
brand identity and core values.
Build and maintain an excellent understanding of customer journeys and behaviour within digital
environments.
Measure activity performance, evaluating results and ROI, whilst reporting in a clear and meaningful
way.
Specific Responsibilities:
General
* Keep up to date with the latest Digital Marketing trends, identifying and applying them to our Digital Marketing activity
* Build and develop the Digital Marketing Calendar including but not limited to newsletter, paid media and social media, in line with the Marketing Calendar
* Oversee the brands Social Media channels, ensuring all brand messaging and campaigns are aligned digitally for the business, supporting with posting content where needed
* Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser and Graphic Designer to produce engaging and
dynamic content
* Compile Board and Campaign reports, evaluating successes and learnings and providing
recommendations to improve future projects
* Devise a Digital Marketing budget, ensuring value for money and tracking spend efficiently
* Organise Digital Marketing assets in appropriate company folders
Digital Marketing
* Lead on all Paid Media activity from planning, creative, optimisation, execution and reporting
* Manage external agencies on activity, including but not limited to; Paid Search, SEO, Display Network Ads and Paid Social
* Work closely with our Graphic Designer on creating effective visual assets, continually improving the creative capability of our digital advertising
* Devise Digital Marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement and new customer acquisition for marketing activity, campaigns and new collections
* Explore, implement and optimise new levers for growth, measuring their success using programmes including
Google Analytics
Email Marketing
* Manage all Email Marketing & CRM activity from planning, creating, scheduling, optimising and reporting
* Work closely with our Graphic Designer on creating engaging visual assets, striving to elevate our email marketing and measuring effectiveness
* Continuously working to achieve best practise using our Email Marketing platform, analysing our database and appropriately segmenting to improve our newsletter
capability
* Develop and implement new ideas and activity to increase customer acquisition and grow our newsletter subscriptions and community
Copywriting
* Create and develop engaging copy, writing in an inspiring and expressive way in line with the brand tone of voice set by the Creative Director
* Produce copy for all areas of the brand with a comprehensive understanding of SEO, including but not limited to; campaigns, collections, products, newsletters and web pages
* Be a creative thinker and storyteller, amending the tone of copy depending on the end use
* Work closely with the Ecommerce and Customer Care teams to update and refresh website copy where needed, ensuring accuracy and fact checking
