About Us:

The Role:
  • First port of call for inbound potential clients, answering the telephone and emails.
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues to support commercial and technical teams.
  • General use and understanding of the CRM; managing the diary, creating clients, inputting projects and tickets etc.
  • Overseeing our vulnerability management portal; creating tenants and projects, releasing scans, assisting clients with troubleshooting issues.
  • Assisting Senior Leadership Team by creating reports both through our CRM and on excel.
  • Managing pentesting, cyber essentials and various other projects from start to finish; seeing to the signing of relevant documentation, booking the job into the CRM, liaising with both client and internal team throughout to ensure job is running according to plan, working with the testing team to get the report out on time, etc.
  • Inputting invoices and bills into the system.
  • Chasing late payments
  • Inducting new starter and organising relevant paperwork

Who We're Seeking:
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can work collaboratively, achieve outstanding results, uphold the highest standards of integrity, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in accounting and admin is not necessary, although it is desirable. You need GCSEs Grade 4-9 in English and Maths to be eligible.
