Are you a passionate, dedicated RMN/CPN looking for your next role? Do you possess as a minimum a RMN qualification, have at least 2 years relevant experience which must include a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy qualification or similar? DMWS are looking for a RMN or Community Psychiatric Nurse to work alongisde our HQ based in Andover. This position will be homebased but some travel maybe required.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a team, who is compassionate and committed to supporting the police service.
Working as part of a team you will be supporting Police Officers and their Families, including making an initial assessment, ongoing care planning as well as delivery of treatment. You will interact with DMWS welfare officers and assess the holistic wellbeing of our service users.
The service will be developed both through face to face contact and remotely, you should be willing to work flexibly to meet job demands and this may involve working unsociable hours and travel with occasional overnight stays.
