About Us:
 
Our Guest Services Team plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all our guests, including big corporations, children and young people on residential's, B&B accommodation guests, and staff. Our hospitality experience is not just about serving guests; it's about creating moments that matter and contributing to a purpose-driven workplace.
 
Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in guest accommodation and communal areas
· Assist in dining room preparations
· Support pot washing activities as required
· Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience

  Requirements:

· Demonstrated previous experience relevant to the role
· Strong team working skills
· Experience in a customer-focused environment
· Good time management skills
