We are currently recruiting for two Fitness Instructors to join our existing team.   One role offers up to 35 hours per week and the other up to 28 hours per week, both worked on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends. 

Located just outside of Horsham, West Sussex, Bluecoat Sports Health & Fitness Club offers a unique experience for its members providing them with state of the art facilities and great customer service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual who not only has a passion for health and fitness, but also a passion for helping others achieve their goals. The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills and be a committed team player.

Responsibilities are dependent on qualifications and experience. These can include:

• Interact, inspire and motivate members
• Opportunity to take group classes on the gym floor and in the Fitness Yard (which will be paid extra to normal hours)
• Speak with members about their goals and aims
• Build programmes for members using a multipurpose app
• Devise fun and engaging challenges for members
• Assist in member focused events and other activities within the club

Candidates must hold a minimum Level 2 Fitness Qualification.
