We’re seeking a passionate, experienced, motivated Service Manager to join our Supported Living settings. This is a rewarding and meaningful role, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge – helping them lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.

You’ll lead a dedicated service(s), ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, and create an environment where both the individuals we support, and our staff can thrive.

Location: Mansfield & Hucknall (Head Office)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Salary: £33,280 per annum

Shifts: 2 12-hour shifts within your service(s), 2 8-hour off-rota days - one at Head Office in Hucknall, and the other within your service(s)

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a support or care role with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position

· Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required as a minimum.

· Level 3 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent) is desirable, or a willingness to work towards this qualification.

· Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred care.

· Experience working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge

· Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.

· Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

· A passion and drive and make a difference

· A team player with a proactive, person-centred approach.

Requirements

· Must be 18 or over

· Must have the right to work in the UK

· Must be able to speak and understand English to a good standard for effective communication, record-keeping and safeguarding the wellbeing of those you will be supporting.

· A full Enhanced DBS Check will be required for the successful candidates

What You’ll Be Doing

· Lead and manage the day-to-day running of your service(s), ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.

· Support the Operations Manager to maintain compliance with CQC and all regulatory standards.

· Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to staff.

· Oversee service delivery to promote independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing for the people we support.

· Build strong relationships with the service users, families, staff and other external professionals.

· Monitor health and safety, conduct audits, and oversee medication and financial management within the service.

· Drive continuous improvement through innovation, quality assurance and feedback.

· Manage rotas, staffing levels, and resources effectively to ensure safe, consistent care.

· Support safeguarding processes and respond to incidents, complaints and concerns appropriately.
